In 1991, Anthony Bruno opened a small coal-fired oven in the heart of North Miami with a single dream: to bring the authentic flavors of Naples to South Florida. Armed with a family recipe passed down through three generations, Anthony believed pizza was more than food — it was an experience.

Anthony Bruno opens the original location on NE 123rd St, North Miami, with a single coal-fired oven and a dream to share his family's Neapolitan pizza tradition with South Florida.

1998

2005

Menu Expansion
